Refund policy

 

Make My Uniform believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the Make My Uniform, it'll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

We will arrange free return pickup for orders above Rs 1000, for the orders below
Rs 1000 returns would be chargeable with minor fee based upon the location.
Return, pickups are under the jurisdiction of delivery partner due to pin code
serviceability, in non serviceable areas customer are advised to send the courier
to process the exchange and refund.

If your return is accepted, we will exchange send other product or refund the
amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be
accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item
is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund too.

All legal Disputes are subject to Panaji Goa Jurisdiction
